  • I am so anxious to get back down to my size 14 pants! It has been a couple of years but I CAN DO IT! My mini goal now is a cute pair of capris that I keep in my bathroom and try on every week and it is amazing how it changes even if the lbs are not reflected on the scale!!

  • You can do this! Think about how great you feel when you are doing it! That is what keeps me going - finding support as you are is the best thing to do! With the encouragement of others in the same boat as you is huge! Keep it going - you can do this and you deserve the best!!

  • I am in the same boat :( I am getting back to the commitment i had to this site TODAY!! It helped me lose over 8 lbs and now I am gaining it back. I have no accountability without the site and feel horrible both mentally and physically!! Hopefully we can help each other :) Lets jump back on that wagon!!!! :wink:
