So if for example I started at a percentage of 20 and it is now at 18.7 does that mean I can say my body fat percentage went down 1.3 percent?

The only time I ever enjoyed drinking water was when I was severely dehydrated. I do think water is the best way to stay hydrated so I force myself to drink it but its like taking medicine.

Omg I have the exact same problem!! I always felt like a freak cause it looks so abnormal. So far I haven't found a cure but I'm starting Pilates and I hope that helps.

I think it's pretty accurate. Obviously not for most athletes but for your average joe it's a great guideline

Not only are the prices wrong but the picture is insinuating you will get all the food shown for under $7. If I could find that pack of chicken for under $1 I would be dead from shock.

This is what confuses me also. In the past I combined cardio and weight lifting along with dieting and got the same results. My arms especially only got bigger and bigger. Now I just do cardio and I love the results. I know for a fact weight lifting can give you a slim and toned look but I never achieved it. For the record…

Why are so many people so sensitive about the thiought that somebody MIGHT find a particular weight unattractive? The op asked for opinions. And I love how people like to throw around Marilyn Monroes dress size yet they never mention her measurements. It was 36-23-36 with only slight fluctuations.
