Maybe its not the exercise could be the food i don't see a lot of healthy stuff on your food diary as for me I'm new to this but I try to eat at least 1200 -1300 calories a day, I've been drinking braggs apple cider vinegar every morning (research that) its really good for you, helps me with cravings. I wish i had a lot of hips and thighs lol unfortunately Im top heavy and have no hips and thighs so now what lol It seems like thats where i lose all fat first ughhh!

Wow congratulations! that's great! its funny I've only lost 9 pounds and I thought surely people would notice, i do but then no one has said a word lol. I feel so much better and I try not to get discouraged too, never give up and Its how you feel about yourself eventually they will notice blessings to you :)

I have been here done that too , I didn't realize it was back in 2011 but this time its different for me I'm more serious about it and more determined :) I'm also learning to let go of all the junk in the house don't buy it as much, i shop at small health food stores like Trader Joe's instead of the large supermarkets too…
