I think its better to lose inches and get tone rather than just lose weight....I had zero muscle tone in my lower body before starting to work out again, and now I'm seeing and feeling muscle developing and its a great feeling! I'll take heavy muscles over jiggly orange peel legs/arms any day!! :)

How do we enter the exercises in our journal for the 30 day Shred?? I'm on Day 2 and boy is it a butt kicker!!
