only eat excessive carbs if you are planning on doing something to burn them later. ie don't eat bread before bed, that kind of thing. carbs are for energy and if you eat a lot of carbs and then just like sit around that's what can be bad for you. xx

whenever i feel like eating total crap, i just think, what's going to satisfy me more? the 20-odd minutes i'm eating this food, or later when i FINALLY have got the body i want?

i know what you mean. i've had eating disorders in the past and it's obvious i have body dysmorphic disorder because i've lost 15 pounds and i still look the same as when i started in my eyes! but i choose to believe my loved ones when they tell me i look better because i trust them. haha xx

haha my evil little voice just tells me i'm fat and disgusting and that if i have that small cup of cereal i can't have anything else for the day and i don't care that you're not thirsty chug a litre of water anyways.....soz haha

my scale isn't digital, it has no batteries. after it gave me that reading i put a 5-pound weight on it and it came out reading 5 pounds exactly....i don't know what on earth has just happened.
