My first 5k was a color fun run. I did it with my mom (she'll be 50 this year). We came in around 40 minutes. Neither of us trained very much for it and were pretty relaxed about run/walk.

I drink coffee everyday and it hasn't affected my weightloss. I cut back on using the flavored creamers because I used waaay too much, but will still have them every now and then. Right now I just add a little almond or coconut milk to it. Yummy.

I gain about 5lbs the few days before my period starts. It comes off usually by the last day of my period. This month is rough because I have Easter ham and chocolate in the house at the same time I'm pms'ing....my willpower has not been the greatest.

Not healthy, but delicious. Tuna on italian herb bread, provolone cheese, toasted, with spinach, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, cucumber, black olives, banana peppers, pickles. I haven't had one in sooo long, I don't eat there often.

Diet Coke and vodka. Replace the coke with Diet Cherry Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Pepsi...you get my drift...but always vodka. If we're talking beer, Shocktop, Amberbock, Blue Moon, Yuengling Black & Tan

I love to eat. I pretty much love all food. I choose to make healthier choices because then I can eat SO MUCH MORE. With that said, I still eat the "bad" foods but I do so in moderation.

As long as it isn't interfering with our sex life, I dont care. I had a bigger issue with it when I was heavier.

Danon light and fit vanilla yogurt - 55 cals for 1/2 cup. Add 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and a tablespoon or 2 of cereal or granola. Comes out to around 110 cals total.

I use low sodium chicken broth instead of water to cook it and add garlic powder.

Can't help you with the draining as I use the lid as well. As for in my tuna salad I put just a tiny bit of mayo, some hummus, diced onion, salt, and pepper. I like dried cranberries with my tuna, but not mixed in.
