Hi, I'm 31. I my highest weight was 320, I'm currently around 198. I want to lose 30-40 more (I think. Havent decided yet) I eat between 2000 - 2500 cals a day. For workouts I walk, run, body weight exercises, weights, dancing...whatever I feel like doing really. I don't have a set routine.

Started at 320, currently 200lbs. My stomach is the last place weight is coming off. It's frustrating, but all I can do is keep on doing what I've been doing. It will go when it's ready to.

I logged it at circuit training when I did it a while back.

My highest weight was 320lbs. I'm currently 215. I've been on the weightloss train for a little over 2 years. It CAN be done. The weight didn't come on overnight, and it won't come off that way. Celebrate the little victories.

Seltzer, I definitely have a belly roll still. That's the last place I lose weight. All in due time.

Also! As for food/exercise. I pretty much eat whatever I want. I'm a big cheerleader for creating small deficits, not restricting any food/food group, and moving your body in ways that you enjoy. Most of my loss was simply from walking or running around my neighborhood. I have never stepped foot inside a gym. I lift…

Thanks everyone! I'm not super young, I'm 31. Also, I'm 5'6. Sorry, I forget the names of those who asked!

I am frustrated beyond belief how things have slowed down. How I miss the days where I could drop 5lbs in a week without thinking about it. It's all good though, I just have to focus a bit more.
