I created my own exercise and logged it under cardio. I do that for all my home workouts.
During the workout I wear my hrm. My burn on level 1 was between 100-130cals. Level 2 is more intense, 150-175cals.0 -
I logged it at circuit training when I did it a while back.0

I did it before I had a HRM, so I logged it as circuit training, 20 minutes.0

Was circuit on here about right v's HRM ?0

Not sure what the circuit training would calculate, but my HRM calculated 291 cals burned for Level 1.0

I didn't have a HRM at the time, and when I entered it in as circuit training on here for my weight it gave me 220 calories. I'm doing Ripped in 30 now, and according to my HRM I burn around 300-320 for level one, which is comparable in intensity to level one of the shred, I think.0

Hi there,
most peeps log it as 20 mins circuit training. If you need any support there is a group called 30 day shred January 2014 that I'm joined to.
Here is the formula I use 3.267 x pounds / 3 = cals burned (there's not a great difference between logging it as 20 mins circuit training)
You can add me if you wish and we can support each other through Jillian's demands0
