Ugh, this time of year!

Was going through pictures of my wedding last year and was shocked to see the difference! Im so stoked to see what the next 70lbs will bring!

Almost Halfway to the big goal!
Yay! Getting there, slowly but surely! I don't think I'll be wearing the same clothes the next picture, they are falling off! Here's to hoping the pictures work. I can never get it right! Old face comparison, I don't have another recent pic on hand.

Before/during First 50lbs lost *with pics*
I just accomplished my first "mini" goal. (Not that 50lbs down is MINI!) 1/3 of my way to goal! I was having such a hard time seeing a difference while looking in the mirror, so I put them side by side and what do you know, there IS a difference! *crossing fingers that the pics work* And now for the face comparison!

30 day shred results
Started my journey at 317lbs, started 30 day shred at 297lbs. Finished 30 day shred in 35 days, and am now 284lbs.

Shred and zumba question
I'm currently doing 30 day shred. Going to be finishing that up tomorrow, and then starting Ripped in 30. I'm wanting to add Zumba in 3x's a week. Is it better to do Ripped in 30 before or after Zumba, or does it not matter which order? Also, whats the best schedule for Ripped in 30? Everyday? 6 days on-1 off?
