I'm starting Ripped in 30 on Tuesday! Also going to add in some extra cardio a few times a week. I know the difference isn't much, but I FEEL a million times better and am so much more confident. The increase in stamina alone is amazing. Good luck to those starting/doing shred now!

I'm 290 lbs and I'm on day 10 of 30 day shred. (I'm scared of level 2 tomorrow!) Just keep pushing! Modify what you have to, but keep your body moving. Bump down your weights a little, if you can't manage a girly push up, maybe do them against the wall for a few days. I feel like I'm going to die during it but it does get…

Pepperming mocha coffeemate is my one thing that I have not been able to give up. I don't mind black coffee, but pepp mocha is something that just makes my mornings a million times better.

I think if I drank chocolate milk after a workout, I'd throw up. That would not sit well at all with my stomach. I'll stick to water or a zero cal propel
