This! Also, don't beat yourself up over it. I love bananas and believe they are the most powerful tool in my kit for keeping my sugar cravings down. I usually have one each day, maybe two (never 7 as far as I know :wink: ) so for a calorie splurge you could have done much, much worse.

Oh definitely! There are only 2 days in my food journal that include entries such as "Kit Kat," "Twix," "Malteasers," etc. :ohwell: I will bloat at least one pants size during those 2 days regardless of diet and exercise, so I indulge. Makes no difference in the overall goals.
