CW 154 Calories 1200 plus exercise calories I have been hypoglycemic since a teenager and always eat 5-6 times a day (small meals) and never skip breakfast. I am an LPN and have taken basic nutrition classes and now what I should eat. I try for protein and fresh veggies, fish at least once a week. I just hate feeling…

Ok, thanks and I got out a piece of paper and did my math. BUT (and that's a big BUT) when I figure this out I get: 1986 TDEE x7 = 13902- 3500 = 10402 divided by 7 = 1486/day MFP has me at 1200 (which I do manager to lose weight at, but I'm begining to think I'm starving my body). I tried changing my calories to…

So I'm confused still. What should I do? I plan on getting back on track soon as I'm feeling better but is 1200 calories enough? It's the only way I seem to lose weight. 1350 only maintains my weight. I did that from November to January. Exercising the whole time, same job, etc so my BMR should have been the same. I guess…

OMG, I would be ecstatic if I got an elliptical for my birthday! To me it would show that you care about what is important to me and my health.

First of all CONGRATULATIONS! I have struggled for years with smoking and quit last summer. (Except for a few cigs when I go our drinking and dancing :embarassed: ) I know how hard it is and wanted you to know that if you stay way (from smokes) it will get easier. I feel SOOOO much better without cigs and have replaced my…

I just got a HRM and tested it against my treadmill. HRM was about 30 calories lower then treadmill and MFP was higher still. MFP is known for over estimating calories burned. IMO however, if you are exercising and logging and losing weight, what difference does it make? The point is to get more active and be healthy right?

Feel free to add me :)

You can add me to your friend list. I am on week 2 and this is the second time I have done the program. Did it last summer/fall then ran my first 5K. Doing C25K again to get ready for spring running outside since I've slacked all winter. I want to run more 5K's this coming year.

Yup, this! It really works!

Ok I got the data to download one my computer, and I found the total calories burned after I was done exercising. Does anyone know how to view calories WHILE exercising? Thanks

how do u get up n get ready to work out in the am??? Um, I don't! I've tried to exercise in the morning but I just can't do it. Too tired, not enough food to energize me. Not even on the weekends. Mid day or evenings for me please.
-
Wow, I'm impressed!
-
A lot actually. I have changed my daily calorie goal down to 1200 again to be more strict on myself and lose this weight. No more excuses. Also I am restarting C25K from the begining so I am ready for outside running by spring.
-
I should have included that I want to track my pace, distance when I run outside. I only use the Dreadmill in the winter and hate it, LOL.

What is this foot pod thing? What does it do, how does it work and how much more money is it?

Please add me as a friend. I sometimes get discouraged cus I don't have that much to lose (15-20 is my goal right now) and I don't lose as quickly as these other people who brag about 5 pounds a week.

First- you look GREAT! Second- I get annoyed by people who constantly worry about the NUMBER on the scale. I always say it's more about being healthy and toned and fit. You are living proof of this! I wish I could share your story to all my friends who worry about their Number. I strive to lose the fat on my body and be…
