Do your large breasts cause backpain while exercising?
I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue? I wear the best, supportive compression bra possible but sometimes my back kills me after a workout. My heating pad is my best friend.

Weight watchers points VS actual calories
WOW, so I've been tracking both WW points (old system) and comparing them to the actual calories consumed via MFP. WOW! Even with 25 points I was STARVING and only eating 1000-1200 calories. No wonder you loss weight with WW. I'm not 8 years old. I need more calories then that!! Just thought I would share my experience.

Achy legs after running ?

I HATE being hungry

gaining when I increase calories?

HELP, I do really well during the day but at night when I'm watching TV and relaxing, I think I need to snack. I know I'm not hungry and I try to pick health snacks but I usually go over my calories this way. Anyone else have this issue and what do you do about it?

Report analysis
So I was just checking my "reports" for last 90 days. I compared my weight loss and found one month were I lost the most (consistantly), then compared it to my average calorie (gross) consumption. My final thought is I should aim for 1420 calories and try to burn 300 calories about 4 days a week. Doable! Does anyone else…

No exercise due to injury = falling off the wagon

What happens after MFP

time change- exercising outside???
So with the up coming time change, how do you outside runners/ walkers/ etc. gonna find the time to exercise? I currently run after work at 4:30 but my light will be dim or non-existant soon. I'm not a morning exerciser either. I'll probably end up on a treadmill M-F :frown: :grumble: :angry:

I was reading another post about the allotted calories and not losing weight. SO I google it, and found a website www.healthyweightforum.org It has a calorie calculator, similiar to MFP but it's a LOT higher. So which is right? Do we take the middle ground? Any thoughts?

Exhaustion with running
I have been running (jogging) since spring and a little last fall. My issue is after my first 7 minutes or so my body is exhausted and I start walking.
