when to switch levels in 30 day shred?

Just bought the video and took a look at it. Jillian says to increase to next level when you are ready. So when did everyone else increase? I was thinking a week each for level 1 and 2 then the rest of the time level 3.

    I was am doing 10 days on each level but everyone is different.

    I've seen most people do 10 days at each level but I progressed as I felt ready (i.e. didn't have to take too many breaks! and needed to hear some different Jillian banter). I think I did 7 days at Level 1, 10 days at Level 2 and I'm finishing up Level 3 now.
