Report analysis

So I was just checking my "reports" for last 90 days. I compared my weight loss and found one month were I lost the most (consistantly), then compared it to my average calorie (gross) consumption. My final thought is I should aim for 1420 calories and try to burn 300 calories about 4 days a week. Doable!

Does anyone else use the MFP tools to try to figure out the right combination? These reports are there for a reason. I'm hoping this info will help me jump back on the wagon and drive off this plateau.
