Yes because there's mostly water, no because it's tainted and it has sugar, if added, and caffeine, thus causing it not to be something you want to consume for every 8 oz glass of water that you consume in a day. Try one glass, then work till none. It's good for you minus the caffeine and sugar.

if your low carb diet is too low in carbs you'll lack energy. Try and balance it out better, carbs are not your enemy. You're active and your energy needs need to be up to par with the level of activity. Balance it out, divide your total calories by 6 and make 1 part of that carbohydrate calories and that should help you…

you can go both ways, just be sure that if you choose to go after, you allow adequate time, 30 or so minutes for the food to digest, but as far as it being more effective before or after, no difference reported.

Hi, fiber all depends on what, realistically, a doctor recommends. Since it's fat soluble it's always recommended to start out in smaller doses and work your way up. Try and start with 14 g and work your way to 25g. That way you won't or at least shouldn't have any digestive issues. Should work for you.
