Great job! Have you noticed that your legs don't "kick out" at the bottom any more!? I see that in your pics!
-
That's wonderful! :) You're right, you can do it!

Sounds to me like you're changing for real-for life! Crazy fad diets don't last the long haul for most people. If you can't go to your fave places, etc then you will resent it. Good start! And just start walking! Up it as you see fit. Make yourself a little bit uncomfortable but don't kill yourself. ;) You'll get there.

Great job and great attitude! :)

Wow! What a testament to just one of the things that "drug" does to your body! That's amazing that you gave it up like that...how are you feeling???
-
Looks like you are doing great! I like the pic of the scale reading. That's a huge loss!

What an awesome idea!!!!!! Just go and be friendly and you never know, you might have fun! Good for you for doing this for your husband--it will also be good for you I think.

I really have only run in the heat...because I live in the south :) I also don't tolerate cold very well-I don't like the way my skin feels numb, etc...but I will definitely continue to run no matter what about once or twice a week.... I think you will adjust and your lungs and body will accomodate you to some extent. Just…

Wow! Great job!

Good job you! Good old fashioned weight loss! Yay! I get tempted every now and then when I hear of some new fad...then I remember that they usually come back around to the truth later: just make sure you are "spending" more calories than you are eating.

Just focus on health (fruit instead of cookies, 1 sandwich instead of 2...the small burger that is meant for children rather than the grown-up meal, etc) and revisit it when she's a little older if the need is still there :) I have always wondered if obese people have obese children because of nature or nurture? I think if…

Oh! Absolutely! I lost a bunch of sizes (didn't own a scale then) in my 20s (upper 20s but still!) and now, 10 years later at 36...it's kicking my butt and I wonder if I will ever be smaller in certain areas (waist and lower back area). Good luck! Keep at it and we can do this! 30s isn't old, right?

that would be an awesome feeling! And hey, whatever it takes to keep you going and feeling great... They're there to show off and you're there to do some real work.

I agree, best NSV ever <3

Very nice! :) At first I was totally baffled at how your tattoo got on the other side...LOL:blushing:

What an inspiring story you have! I was a skinny kid too (my dad called me Olive Oyl-from Popeye!) and then in my early 20s I started to gain. Infertility and miscarriage meant more weight....then I had kids. 4 of them! (Yeah, no longer infertile haha) Lost weight after #2. Antidepressants meant more weight gain. Lots…

Congratulations! And btw, your English in that post is better than many who speak it as their first language! ;) Would never have guessed!

As the first response said...you have beautiful curves! And I know what you mean about thinking you might look sickly at the weight that is "right"....numbers aren't always right :) You're doing great!

I think that low carb works to lose weight...however, for me it made me feel very "down" and blah. I had no energy, mental, emotional or physical. I also have PCOS and I'm sure the low carb would help me... to each his own! If you are losing weight and getting the nutrients your body needs: :flowerforyou:

This!!!!!! I tried to go off my meds for a while (baaaad choice) and I couldn't do anything. Couldn't even summon the energy to get up off the couch and do dishes. If it's truly a chemical issue-and not just the blues-I really don't think that exercise is the be all end all answer. I've tried it multiple times. I take…

That is a great nsv!!!!!!! Love it!

Yes, because passive aggressive is a great way to handle a relationship. I'm going to assume this person was joking!? This is a list of what *NOT* to do!
-
You should be proud!
-
Great job! I was always super skinny-effortlessly- til around the time I got married. IT is very hard to make that mental change and realize you can't just eat whatever you want anymore, that you have to actually think about what you are eating and *gasp* work out! :)
-
Amazing!
-
Maybe that person is just jealous!? Things are going to be *different* after you've had a baby but looks to me like muffin top is what you're losing! Great job! That is one hard workout and you seem to have done well with it. :)

I have learned just recently that ovulation also can make you gain a pound or two. So, mid cycle can be a bummer too. Drink tons of water (like everyone said) and do the best you can. If it trips you up too much definitely stay away from the scales around that time (I myself almost enjoy it b/c I can figure out what is…
