I sure am! I've screwed up big time. Lost sight of what is so important to me. Need to get back to doing me!!!

Either one I need music for or I find them boring.

The nutritional info on my 'extra lean ground beef' and 'extra lean ground turkey' are very different but the turkey is the winner.

There are natural supplements that can help suppress appetite. Like Green Coffee Bean Extract and Saffron Extract.

Wow. I can't believe a women who claims to have been a stay at home mom refers to it as a luxury. Cause I've done both and it's actually the person leaving the house everyday to work that has the luxury. I don't know what kind of woman says the things you have said. And to another women nonetheless. But you should be…

I don't think you're asking too much at all! In fact, sounds to me like your husband is living the life of Riley, all thanks to you. I think the major issue here is how he treats you. Even though my hubby takes forever to do repairs I ask him to, he does help with other things. He always takes the garbage out. Although,…

Things are obviously just black and white for many people.

My daughter is six years old and weights 52lbs. Her body is perfect and consists mostly of muscle. Basically, if they say your grand-daughter is fat, so is my daughter. If I were you, I would post a video on YouTube about it. That is just ridiculous and I'd want as many people to know about it as possible. No kidding I see…

I'd love to have a nice big butt so I can say that's my favorite. Sadly, I'm flat-butted ever since having kids. LOL
-
Well, I can name tons of areas I don't like. But I'll say my breasts and stomach are the body parts I hate the most. My breasts grew three cup sizes with weight gain. Which would have been fine if I stayed fat. But with weight loss they are now completely deflated and I can't wear a bra ever again. So weight loss for my…

Breyers actually has a sugar free ice cream. Just throwing that out there. ;) I think sugar is the enemy. I can stay under my daily calories, but if I eat too much sugar, I GAIN GAIN GAIN!
-
I agree and disagree. The way I eat IS my lifestyle and NOT a diet. But that lifestyle does not include eating foods like that. Doesn't matter how much I workout. My body does not adapt well to major sugar or carbs. If I eat that stuff, I'll gain weight., Period. And regardless, if I want to be healthy, those foods are not…

My opinion is NO!

Yeah, I went through that in the very beginning of my journey. And because of it I ended up working my butt off for 2 weeks and saw ZERO results in weight loss. Why? Cause I wasn't eating enough for fear that I wouldn't lose enough weight. And everything that I have read through my research says that even 1200 calories…
-
I hate that results aren't instant. I want to be thin after a hard workout. lol

Seems like you need a different kind of website? This site is for people who want to get healthy and fit. I don't understand your position. You're worried about 40g of fat in your diet. I consume 53g and steadily lose weight.
-
First things first, I would up your protein considerably if you are in fact working out regularly. I will also say that 1200 calories is too little to be eating. I ate 1200 calories myself for over a year and found out recently that 1200 calories is starvation. I lost muscle mass and not much body fat %. Even though I've…

It really could be a number of things. There are normal pains in workout out. But if the pain is concerning and makes you unable to workout, I would see a doctor just to be safe.

I've been eating 1200 calories a day for over a year and doing cardio. It was a huge mistake! Sure, I lost weight. But I also lost muscle mass and not a whole lot of actual body fat. After lots of research this weekend, I realize at 1200, I was practically starving myself. MFP calculated that for me so I thought it was…

You don't want to be able to get every rep in successfully. That would mean the weight isn't heavy enough. For the first sets, sure. But you should be having failure on the last rep or two. That means it's a perfect weight. Trust me, I spent two days researching this on bb.com. :)

First, I want to point out that the term "tone" does not exist. It's a made up word by fitness/health marketing to not scare away women who don't want to 'bulk'. What are your goals? I assume to gain some defined muscle mass? Also, tricep kick backs are a useless lifting exercise. Not enough tension is created to stimulate…

I know exactly how this feels! I'm in the same boat. Only with my whole family. You know what? I stopped caring. They're not the ones who have to feel the way I feel being over weight. So, I do it for ME! But it's not a diet. It's a healthy life style. Trust me, the more you get into exercising and healthy eating, you…

-
"Toning" is a word that doesn't really exist in fitness. Judging by your profile pic, you know that already. ;) lol
-
I don't really consider Jillian Michaels 30DS "strength". It' a butt kicker, no doubt. But strength, not unless your dumbbells have sufficient weight.
-
I have to avoid buying the stuff that I crave. Otherwise, the temptation is too much. If it's not in the house, i can't eat it.
-
That's great! :) Good for you! However, in my opinion (and my experience), calories you gain from exercise should not be eaten back. You are creating your deficit with exercise. If you eat back the calories, you have no more deficit. I also must recommend strength training. Otherwise you will lose muscle mass as well and…

I'm not referring to packaged fruit/veggies, fresh meals, etc. I'm talking about prepackaged foods. And please, if you know of one that doesn't have chemicals added to it, let me know cause that will be the first one I've found in over a year. :) lol
-
Just wanted to point out that eating cooked or raw has nothing to do with the nutritional value of veggies.
-
I wouldn't say "nobody". I'm one that would definitely prefer a salad or broccoli stir fry over a cheeseburger any day.
