A lot of people saying 'cheese' and 'dairy'. I'm confused by that. Is that Megan Fox syndrome or something? Cause both of those are healthy options. In proper portions and moderation of course.

My opinion is that it isn't ok. But that could also just be my body. I can be well under my calories for the day, but if I've eaten unhealthy food, I won't lose weight. I LOVE hot dogs. Just cheese, mustard and ketchup for me. Although, I haven't had a whole hotdog for over a year. :( I just can't seem to justify it to myself. I always read nutritional labels and the one on hotdogs always puts me off.

You should ALWAYS include strength training and not ONLY cardio. Are you doing full push ups? Or bent-leg push ups? Try bent-leg if you're having trouble with full ones. You can always do alternative versions of push ups. If you can only do one, then just do one. You'll increase your strength the more you do it.
