You look absolutely incredible!!! :)

It's a process. No doubt. Remember, healthy eating is 80% of that battle.

Putting on music and dancing my *kitten* off. Literally. lol :)

As long as I use condoms, I won't get pregnant. :/

The more friends to motivate you the better! :) Feel free to add me to your list if you want. :)

Are you making sure to breathe properly? Sometimes when I do exercises such as this I will find myself almost holding my breath to get through it. It causes a headache for me.

Eat breakfast! Drink tons of water! Interval Training! Weight Training! ALL of these are known to boost the metabolism!

In my opinion, Weight Watchers is such a scam. Weight Watchers = Common Sense. Instead of counting calories you count points. Essentially, it's exactly the same thing. Don't waste your money. Use it to buy healthy food instead. ;)

A scale. I couldn't get along without it.

It really all depends. Everyone is different. And it greatly depends on how much you are over weight. For example, someone starting at with 50lbs to lose will obviously lose more than someone who has 30lbs to lose. All you can do is your best. The rest is up to your body. Just make sure you are eating right ( and enough)…

I highly recommend 'RestoraLAX'. You simply add it to your drinks and it works naturally. I use it almost daily. http://restoralax.ca/ENG/What-Is-RestoraLAX.html And I know you said you are drinking enough water, but always make sure it's enough. Many people drastically underestimate the amount they should be drinking. We…

What do you mean? Her profile is still there.

I have to agree with you. I'm a stay at home mom and clean vigorously almost daily. I have never once logged it as exercise. It bugs me too when I pushed myself through a killer workout and then see someone burned the same as me by cleaning. Get this, I actually saw someone log 'meal preparation' as exercise. Come on now.…

Feel free to add me. :)

No, no there isn't. Not for me anyways. For me, it doesn't matter. Even though I may look good in clothes and my stomach is somewhat concealed, it's still feels like my "dirty little secret" lingers underneath. When my clothes come off, it's a big mess!

According to the two cosmetic surgeons I had consultations with, we don't. :( Skin removal surgery is the only option. Sucks!

Before a workout, drink some coffee or tea with caffeine. After a workout, I would say protein. You can do the shake or they have them it pill form. On a regular basis, I recommend a multi-vitamin, Fish Oil (omega-3 fatty acids) and a Vitamin B Complex. I also take CLA and Vitamin D.

I have an hourglass shape. Problem is, I have a saddlebag of excess skin hanging on my stomach from having kids. So, this hourglass shape ain't so sexy. ;) lol

I'm with you. I fell completely off track and gained ten pounds in a few months. But that doesn't mean I don't know how to get it done. ;) I've lost almost 100lbs in total. There are so many tips, suggestions, etc. I can give you. Just let me know if I can help! :) I'm here if you need me! Best of luck!!!!

Forget about childbirth versus Kicked in the nuts. How about just kicked in the nuts versus kicked in the groin (woman). I had that done to me and I couldn't even breathe and nearly passed out.
-
I wasn't allowed to have an epidural. So, I'm gonna go with childbirth all the way.
-
Then you haven't had a baby. lol I've had two naturally without an epidural. Forget about being kicked. I don't think ripping a guys balls off and shoving them up his butt would even hurt nearly as much. Just saying.
-
I'm gonna say childbirth just because I've seen how my man handles a cold. No way would he survive childbirth. lol
-
I agree.
-
Awe thanks. Except I had to get rid of it. :( Too much of a commitment! Just a plain brunette now. lol :)
