Who Knew? by Pink Always reminds me of my dad.

I have read tons of really BAD reviews about ALLI. Apparently many people have actually pooped themselves because of taking this. Not to mention the goo that comes out of your butt. No thanks!

It depends on what kind of "pills". There are pills like LipoFuze, Xenadrine, etc. And then there are natural supplements that help aide with weight loss. Big difference. I take CLA (which is basically safflower oil), L-Carntine and PGX. None of these are harmful or used as a quick fix. And from my experience taking CLA…

I disagree. If some smokin hot guy is checking you out, and it bothers you, it ain't because your creeped out, it's because you have image issues and it makes you uncomfortable. Sorry. I've had the feeling. I know it's the gym and it's not exactly the time and place for it, buts it still always secretly flattering. Would…

I don't know. I can't help but feel jealous and wonder why it's so terrible to have a guy check you out or hear guys talking about your boobs or a bunch of the other things I read here. Personally, it would be nice to get checked out. I don't experience that in that way. I think it would make me feel good about myself.
-
I have to agree with you on this because I was thinking the same thing. I'm sure if it was some hot guy it would feel differently.
-
I can totally picture that. LOL :)

Huh? How was I to assume the writer of the post was being sarcastic? I've literally heard, hundreds of times, people say they can eat this and that and lose weight. So, I was to assume it was sarcasm based on what? I thought we were all grown up and didn't post things that weren't serious questions or comments. My mistake.

Thanks everyone! This helps me a lot. I already know I have 224oz. So, I have a whopping 28 servings. Wowzers! :D
-
BUMP! I have it as well and haven't done it yet. Heard great things though.
-
There are a lot of them out there!
-
I seriously hope more than half the people on here are kidding. :/
-
Apparently. LOL :) I saw that episode too.

Uh, I'd say that's a no brainer. I personally don't eat ice cream or pizza. I make alternatives because I don't want to waste the calories. Or take in all the extra stuff that comes with it. I've seen ice cream that has more calories, fat, sugar and carbs than one of my entire meals. It's crazy. And pizza? That's extreme…

Thanks hun! So glad someone else has the same body science as me. :)
-
Then you're very lucky. That doesn't work for me. I spent months and months not losing because I ate late at night. Now that I don't, I drop weight consistently.
-
I don't need to hun. It's tried, tested and true. I've tested both theories on myself. I know what works for me. Not sure why you are trying to tell me it doesn't.
-
THANK YOU!!!
-
It isn't water weight. I know the difference. I'm not weighing myself the next day. And I know because I've learned. I spent MONTHS and MONTHS eating most of my calories later in the evening. I could not lose weight. Now I lose weight consistently because I don't eat late in the evening anymore. Sheesh. How about we agree…

Seriously dude? First of all, I don't body build. Broscience refers to bodybuilders. But it's a doctor and fitness trainer. One trainer has her degree in nutrition. Trainers learn from results with their clients. Duh. But that's all very irrelevant. I don't care if someone who has their 'broscience' certificate told me it…
-
You're are so wrong. Eating later at night DOES matter. If it doesn't for you, you've been a lucky girl. Cause it matters for me. My doctor has confirmed this and three trainers.
-
Well then. I'll have to tell my doctor and all the trainers I've spoken to that they are clearly wrong and you have corrected them. And now I know that my own experience with this was just a major hallucination on my part. Both the way my clothes fit, measurements and the scale. All in my mind.

This is so NOT true!!! And I hope no one takes this for face value. I have read and heard a million times that eating close to bedtime is not a good idea and can affect weight loss. Now, I'm no professional, but my experience has proved to me that this is completely true. Many times I have had to eat some stuff before bed…

I never eat breakfast. I just have a hard time doing so. But I have had a couple of weeks where I literally force myself to eat breakfast. And I always had a great weigh in the week after. I've heard it makes a huge difference in weigh loss, and I think that's so true.

I don't have a Valentines Day any more. Ever since my daughter was born on that day. Now it's her birthday instead. :) But I don't mind. Valentines Day was just another day for me anyways. Why do we need a special occasion to show each other how we feel? Or to buy each other stuff? It's silly. Not easy having a family…

You feel like you're eating a candy bar, well, because you basically are. :( The Special K Protein Bars have a TON of sugar in them! 15g to be exact! Not to mention the ingredients actually state SUGAR and CORN SYRUP in the top three. Not good at all. I personally wouldn't recommend eating those to supplement protein.
-
Not if you're in Canada. :( I'm sad. LOL
-
I have Pure Protein Chocolate Bars. They are very rich tasting. Can't eat them without some water. LOL Another way, possibly easier, to supplement your protein is with protein shakes. I prefer this method better. But I must warn you (and everyone), that the 'Jillian Michael Protein Powder' is not good at all. It actually…

I've never tried sweetened almond milk. However, I like the unsweetened. Taste sweet enough to me. You could always sweeten it slightly with a natural sweetener. At least you could cut down on the sugar added to the sweetened almond milk. :)
-
Candy. Totally. Or I should say SUGAR! Hubby eats all this junk in front of me all the time. It sucks!
