TOTALLY AGREED!! Sugar/fat free creamers are icky. I'm like you, I NEED one cup in the morn...just ONE cup, that's it! And then I'm good to go. I will not deprive myself. Those calories are burned off by the time I get out the shower and get my kids out the door, trust me! ;) You're good!

Great job!!! Keep it up - you look amazing. I'm quite the opposite. I only like to do 40 minutes of cardio, but LOVE the weights! I love the toning aspect of it. Maybe if I do more cardio, all of my "new muscle" will show like yours :) Looking hootttttt!!! :P
