  • Don't obsess over everything... this will drain you (that's what always happens to me). if you do slip up once in a while, make a mental note of how the bad food made you feel.... the helps you say no next time. Also, stick to water most of the time. And most importantly, eat REAL healthy foods, not prepackaged onces....…
