I drank Gin Waters with a splash of mio fruit punch. Brought it to the bar and everybody was askin me to try it. It tasted good with vodka water, made my gin waters taste like pine trees with fruit punch.

I have no issues with seeing my weight increase as I am in it for the long haul as long as I know I am doing it right. Nice reply. I have no problem eating more. The bread idea I just realized is silly why I eat a low calorie bread when I need more and I love walnuts and almonds. Again i am picky on veggies. I love corn and potatoes which I know are not good for you. That part could be a problem.

I started a week ago and here is what a normal day consisted of for me eating wise. Breakfast=what is that Lunch=whatever my guys are eating hardees, arbys, mcdonalds, etc... Dinner=Fillet, t-bone, sirloin, chicken strips, loaded potates, frenchfries, etc... and regular pop, tea, gatorade, etc... Not to mention a couple…

Thanks for all the responses and please keep them coming. Basically I am a couple fruits away and a handfull of nuts or so from being where I need to be, just was really worried about the sugars as i keep reading articles on how sugar is such a big deal. I love all fruits, veggies not so much.

I feel great, not hungry at all. I also feel way more energetic. I need to find calories if you could see as I am at the levels i need to be for sugars, carbs, etc... So i need calories, but not sugars.

Skyrim should be awesome. Elder scrolls oblivion is my favorite game to date. Wish they could make final fantasy the way they used to.

Yeah I gotta make time for working out. It is so hard as I work 10-12 hour days/7 days a week(no excuse). Even if I can run for a half our. I think after I am eating correctly I will have more energy when I get home.
