I love it! I make mine with coconut milk or cashew milk about 2-3 tablespoons chia, cinnamon and vanilla, banana, I blend everything but chia and add them at the end stir and refrigerate overnight. It's so good like tapioca pudding.

I tried making cauliflower rice for the first time today and I love it. I sautéed in coconut oil then added garlic and onion powder,himalyan salt and paperika then tossed in green onion. It was really good.

I ride my exercise bike 20 minutes after lunch and 20 mins after dinner. It helps but wasn't riding it for awhile because of a bad knee but I'm determined ,pain or not.
