I do crossfit at 5 am during the work week. I usually eat a banana on my way to workout and a protein shake on the way home, quickly followed by coffee. After I get ready for work and my kids on their bus, I eat breakfast.

I started crossfit in December. My current stats are 5'4 and 160. I have lost 10 pounds, but I have really concentrated on my overall nutrition along with changing up my exercise routine. It took me a while to lose any weight, but I think it was because I started around the holidays and I know that I wasn't as accurate…

I take mine at night before bed and it helps.

I eat it most of the time

I have never gained more than a pound or two while I am there. Just tried to make healthy choices when available and limited treats to once a day. Enjoy your trip!

I gave up soda in January, just because I wanted to increase my overall water consumption. I didn't intend for it to be long term but haven't had one since January 2. I drink coffee, sparkling water, and regular water. I really didn't have any cravings after the first week.

Another vote for ON Gold Standard. My favorite is the Chocolate Malt. I will also drink GNC's Wheybolic, it's a lower calorie shake for one scoop.

3 glasses of wine will make me sh** myself every time. I have learned through trail and error what makes my stomach act up. I know that if I eat anything fried or mexican the night before a long run, I need to make sure there are bathrooms on my route. I also had to eliminate coffee the morning of a long run. I also have…

I like Think Thin Salted Caramel, Fit Joy, and RX Bar (peanut butter is my favorite)

I wear a heart rate monitor with a chest strap when I run. If I run for about an hour, I burn about 30 calories more than I would on a cooler day. I have only worn the heart rate monitor since March, so I really don't know how many calories I burn while running in the winter.

I am a huge mircrobrew fan! I have just been limiting myself lately, not cutting it out completely. I do track it with my food. I love IPA and amber beers.

I have ran 6 half marathons. My first half I ran in 2 hours 39 mins. My fastest time is 2 hours 3 mins. When I am training I run 3 days a week for about an hour and have one day for my longer runs. I weight train 2-3 days per week also. I track my miles per week on a running log app on my phone. The best thing I did was to…

I work out 6 days a week for an hour or so. I usually take Sunday off. However, I don't hesitate to take another day off, if my body is overly tired or I feel like I need another day off.

I began losing my hair and it became more brittle. I ended up with an under active thyroid. However, I was presenting several other symptoms.

It only recommends 45 g for me, I usually get around 125 g of protein a day.

Our gym has trainers there to help the new people. That said, I only get an hour to work out a day during my normal work week. I really don't have time to help the newbies. I just go about my normal routine and suggest they talk to a trainer if they look lost. I personally can't wait till it becomes more normal again :)…

The only dvd that I have is the yoga meltdown. I have been following her book Making the Cut. The workouts in there are pretty awesome.
