Hey everyone. I'm on day 6. So far so good. The only thing is my calories are staying really low even though I feel like I eat a lot. Does anyone else have this issue? I want to eat more calories but still stay on the plan....

For phase 1 I'd like to lose 10 pounds. My fitness plan is to run every other day. After I finish c25k I want to start adding something on my off days maybe walking or strength training. My eating plan is to track everything I eat to stay under 1200 calories.

Wow.... This group basically describes my life. I'm 22 just got engaged, been living with my fiancé now for the past...2 years. Oh and I'm Alex. I just started working and a the workforce weight gain is not a joke :)

I just got back from bootcamp and I'm proud of myself for going 3x this week. My plan for this next week is to minimize my fast food intake. I'm almost embarrassed to say how frequently I do. But my goal is to minimize it to only 1 time a week. Going to the grocery store today and buying good stuff to eat. :) I'm glad…
