Any accountants out there? Keeping the weight off during bus

I am in the midst of my first busy season as an auditor at a Big 4 firm. I have not had a day off and not spent a day away from the office since Jan. 9th. Needless to say, being day 22 and all, I am exhausted!

I have tried to be good with takeout and I've done a really good job with that since its hard to keep focused with a heavy meal in your tummy at 10 pm. Its when I come home and am tired and just scrounge up whatever I can find - slices of bread, cottage cheese, whatever. I had a bad sugar binge a week ago and I'm still feeling bad and weighed down from it.

Anyways, I digress - I just feel overall sick, puffy, bloated, and tired. Getting 4 hours of sleep a night makes it tough to go to the gym. I feel so worn down. Just gotta tough it out a few more weeks, but I change feel better NOW (or by tomorrow at least with good eating today and good night's sleep)

Any advice on getting through this last final push (3 weeks or so?) and feeling better and like I'm heading towards my goal and not sitting in my chair with my pants unbuttoned (the truth will set you free haha)!

Hey yea. I'm in tax tho. But yea those dinners are going to be killer. I would say just make working out a priority. I started in July and yeah it's difficult. Say no to cookies!!!
