LIKE!!! I couldn't say better myself. And your English is perfect

I would love to do that too, as I feel this is one of my most important accomplishments. MINE, and no one else's!!

I have never come across the food I didn't like. And I lived in different countries where even foods like salami made from horse was acceptable. Even a peanut butter, that looks like sh..t and tastes like sh..t, I will eat. I am a like a garbage disposal.

Fun Post. Here is me

You look amazing. And what a great story. You proved that doctors are here to patch us with meds instead of support us with proper, natural weight loss.

Vodka. We Russians are not stupid. We die young, but we die skinny

My initial goal was 50 @ 50 (since I was turning 50 last year and I wanted to lose 50LBs). Once I did it, I was adjusting it 2 pounds at the time, because I was afraid to set anything bigger. I just hit my 180LBs. My next goal is 178. :-/

I looked at the weight loss ticker for the last 9 pages of this post. People who lost significant amount of weight (most of them) ARE COFFEE drinkers.

I agree with nack. Agrument 1: several small meals to keep thyroid glad work the metabolism non-stop throughout the day. Argument 2: less, but larger meals, to let thyroid glad rest between, so metabolism works "harder".

He was actually talking about protein powders. Athletes require more than 35 gr of protein per day. I am not a body builder by any means, but I workout daily, cardio and weight lifting and I look for about 60-80 gr of protein. In his book, Fuhrman was actually talking about some body builder dude, who was his patient, and…

Hi Brooke, I just replied about Dr. Fuhrman. I always followed low carb diet and will always be a meat eater. I am not going to push this guy's book on anyone, but I went ahead and bought. What I found fascinating that he is talking about there is more (and better) protein in various types of beans that is in animal. I…

I've been reading Dr. Fuhrman lately and trying to understand his approach to nutrition. Don't particularly like his argument against animal protein consumption, but I find micro-nutrients information fascinating. I got 2 of his books. Eat for health and Eat to live. I just finished Eat for Health. Still on a fence for…

Americano: Double shot of espresso 1 table spoon of sugar free vanilla 2 table spoons of steamed heavy whipping cream 1 packet of stevia powder 8 times per per day for the past 20 years. Because I work from home and because I love coffee.

OMG. Incredible. You have shed entire person

I also sweat a lot when I get off the elliptical after 60 min run. There is nothing I (or anyone else) can do about it. One thing I always clean up behind myself, including the steps. I absolutely hate when people get off the machines, leaving them wet and nasty.

1 small tangerine 1/3 cup of raspberries 1/3 cup of white grapefruit 1/3 cup of blueberries 1 cup of 4% large curd cottage cheese 1/2 tsp of stevia Damn, and it was good!!!

I love sushi. I tend to eat sashimi when I get a chance. Or when it is offered with rice, I cut the rice in half before consuming. As far as nutrition I think for an animal protein consumption, this is better than red meat or pork. We still get traces of mercury from yellow fin and some other deep sea creatures. Hell, I am…

Michael, fantastic progress. In 1 year - this is awesome. Congrats!!!

Can't eat before workout. But I would have my grande Americano with sugar free vanilla flavor and 8 OZ water with a little flavor.

Hi Kathie, You already set your goal and that's a great starting point. You already know there are many factors that can speed up or slow down weight loss progress. May I suggest you reading this post? There are many. Most of them will describe what you really need to understand and apply. Here is one for a starting point:…

I would love to see your food diary to see the rest of your diet. If you can share, it would be great
-
I looked at your daily food diary. You are consuming too much processed food. Most of it is out of the box(from what I can tell). All that is high in sodium and most of all you are not getting nutrients (carbs from veggies, fats from seeds and nuts, protein from beans and lean meats) I would try to change things around.…

Look at you. Fantastic transformation.

Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi. 4OZ of Jack Daniels to 1OZ of Caffeine Diet Pepsi. I will be right back

I had the same question when I started back in August, 2011. What I did is I took a picture with my phone every time I register 2-3 LB weight loss. Same place, Same distance, Same position. From the time I took my first picture (254LBS) to today (180LBS), I could tell the difference after about 25 LBS weight loss. Now,…

Yep, just turned 50 in April. 75LB sounds aggressive, but doable. You can look at my food and exercise and make decisions. Good luck in your journey :)

:) Good one. Those were good days. Yes?

I don't have experience to try different types. I shop at Costco/Sam's and they have 2 types of fresh mushrooms. For my salads I have been buying white (they are large caps. About 6X6 container. When I cook, sometimes I buy brown. Honestly, I can't tell the difference after I cook them. Both have a great flavor when…

According to your pic, 22LB in 5 weeks is pretty impressive. Keep it up, man. Good luck

I burn 1100 calories when I am on Precor 245 Elliptical 25 incline / 25 resistance for 60 minutes. In addition I take 2 20LB dumbbells and do some biceps and triceps. I am 50 and I have to maintain HR at 139, so sometimes it is a challenge. But today I am in pretty good shape and able to do it pretty easily. Hope this helps
