Got in a another 2.25 mile this morning with my dog. Awesome morning. How do you ladies know how fast you are walking? What gadgets are you using? That is pretty neat. I have been using a sportline pedometer watch to tell me my miles - I'll have to check the book to see if it can show speed.

I did not walk this weekend - BUT we mountain biked a trail for 13 miles on Sat. and then Kayaked on Sunday. It was so much fun! This morning I walked my dog for 2.25 miles. What a beautiful morning.

What a beautiful morning - no humidity. I really enjoyed my 3 mile walk this morning with my dog, Mason - (lab/shepherd mix). It was a nice brisk walk. Hope everyone enjoys their day!

I also sometimes have 1/2 cup old fasioned oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder and some fruit. I add a scoop of protein to old fashioned oatmeal (that is my husbands favorite) or blend up a shake using a scoop of protein, unsweetened almond milk, flaxseed and fruit or whatever I feel like blending together that day. I also make no bake protein bars for on the go.
