Hi everyone- I just completed 2 weeks of induction and lost 8.6 lbs. I have now started phase two and added nc carbs to 25. This week I am adding some almonds for my snack. I changed my macros in MFP to 10%C/30%P/60%F just to try to monitor more closely. I am only 5' 2" and have my calories set for 1250 (May have to tweak…

To change your macro %'s---- Go to Goals tab, Change goals, Custom.... I have my macros set at carbs 40/ protein 30/ fats 30 but I do play around with the macros depending on my needs...need to lose a few lbs or maintenance

I would love to do it -I have been doing primal so this would help be get over my dairy fix. I just bought the book ISWF... Although I have a colonoscopy scheduled next friday so I may have to start after that. (the prep sounds awful!)

I currently am using Jillian Michaels Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream Shake (100 cal, 15 g prot, 3 g fiber) sweetened with stevia. I like it alot and I can buy it at our local Walmart. Jay Robb has a good one too but I would have to buy it online.

I just bought the Polar FT7(F) for women (red and silver color). I have used it this past week and I am very pleased. Just be sure to wet the chest strap according to the instruction book. I wear my chest strap underneath by bra and it keeps it in place. Good Luck with your decision.
