Where are your Macros?

At what percentages are your macros at? I jumped off paleo for a bit and i want to get back. Just want to see where abouts everyone is.

    I keep my carbs low, below 30 grams per day. For protien I eat about 80-115 grams per day, the balance for me is fat! I know when I eat this way if eel so much better. Funny to be looking for healthy fat, haha

    mine are ~ protein 45%~ fat 35% ~ carbs 20%, .....my carbs I try to keep under 100g a day, around 80 if I can

    I am for 65 fat, 25 protein and 10 carbs. The more fat the better for my health!

    1g per lb bodyweight protein, .5-.6g per lb bodyweight fat and I fill the rest in with whatever I like - could be carbs if I want sweet or white potatoes, or could be fat if I crave an omelette. It varies, really.

    I'm at 132 gram protein (one gram for have pound of lean body weight), I keep my carbs under 100, and remainder is fat!!
