As well as the options mentioned already - Bumble Bee Very Low Sodium Solid White Albacore in water (gold can) is an excellent choice as well. Sodium 70 mg for the can. Absolutely delicious.

I have the Jllian Michaels Shred-It with Weights and Bob Harper's Kettlebell Cardio Shred. I really like JM's. I have this DVD and a few others of JM. Since the weather has been nice; I have been outside alot more. So I have not used the DVD's very consistently lately. I would be willing to give it a try... but probably every other day.

I also recommend stevia, organic agave nectar, honey, sucanat or unsweetened applesauce depending on how you are using it. The most important thing to remember when using sweeteners is that they should be used in moderation.

I probably will always track my food - so that I know I am staying within a certain range of calories and also to watch my macros. When I got a little lax with it last winter...the pounds started to creep back on.

I love it - Shred it with weights is one of my favorites! I use danskin kettlebells from walmart. I have 5, 8 and 10 lb kettlebells.
