I've been drinking Muscle Milk Light (100 calories) after workouts, but today it dawned on me that it has fake sugar in it (sucralose), which I am against drinking. I don't want a protein drink with sugar in it either. Sugar's not good for you. What I'd prefer is the natural alternative - stevia. Do you know of a protein drink that has stevia in it?

Here in New Zealand we have a brand called Red 8 - not sure if they supply overseas - milk comes from grass fed diary and sweetened with Stevia - love it :-)0

Real sugar actually isn't that bad for you as long as you have it right after a workout.0

I currently am using Jillian Michaels Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream Shake (100 cal, 15 g prot, 3 g fiber) sweetened with stevia. I like it alot and I can buy it at our local Walmart. Jay Robb has a good one too but I would have to buy it online.0

Why not just make your own? It's not that complicated.0
