just finished day 3 of 30 DS. I am so out of shape but I've pushed through and will finish the next 27 days!!

I'm tracking it as circuit training. I've read that some track it that way while others track it as aerobic.

from what I have read you are suppose to do it for 30 days straight, 10 days each level which is what I'm going to try to do BUT I'm only on day 2 so we'll see if I feel like I have to take a break or not, I hurt now so we'll see.. I'm also using my elliptical every day so either way I will exercise.

I'm obese @ 5'2" and 215 lbs and extremely out of shape!! I started day 1 yesterday, day 2 today. It's hard and I hurt but I push myself through it and completed both days. I will finish all 30 days. I can't wait to see the change in measurements.

I just finished my first day of level one. WOW, my muscles are shaking. I LOVE IT!! I can't wait to see results. I plan to do it every day.
