43 year old Mom of 2, my son is 9 and daughter is 4. I know it definitely gets harder with age. I have a lot more than 20 lbs to lose! :)

yes it gets easier each and every day. Level 2 was the worst for me, I hated it. But on the positive side, I loved level 3. Do what you can and don't feel bad about modifying! Just don't give up. You can do it!! :)

I just bought an exercise (weighted) hula hoop last night. I used it for 30 mins tonight while wearing my heart monitor and burned 210 calories!!

I don't have pics to share but I finished last week, I did it every single day, not a single break. I lost 12 lbs and 10 total inches (results not typical blah blah blah LOL). I started at 216 and finished at 204 so I do have a lot to lose.

good for you for turning it into something you can use to your benefit!! But I'm sorry, what your so-called "friend" said is completely rude and I would have told her so right then and there. I can't imagine saying that to anyone, truth or not. Keep up the good work!!

I also hurt my knee doing 30DS Level 2. But I pushed through and it went away when I started Level 3. I think it was just my knees screaming at me "WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME??????" When it realized I wasn't giving up, it shut up LOL

I didn't see any results at all until a good week into it. So don't give up! Thanks for all the replies and congrats!! ! I hope I can inspire others! I did each level for 10 days. I didn't take any days off. I hated level 2 but I loved level 3 LOL. I'm doing P90X now and want to do C25K as well.

I finished 30DS yesterday. I did it every single day for 30 days. Height: 5'2" Starting WT (3/19): 216 Hips: 49 R Thigh: 30 R arm: 18 Waste (high): 39 Bust: 44 CW: 204 (down 12 lbs) Hips: 47 (-2) R Thigh: 29 (-1) R arm: 17 (-1) Waste: 36 (-3) Bust: 41 (-3) total lost = 12 lbs, and 10 inches I am so happy with these results…

Spring 30 Day Get Fit Jump Start Goal: lose 10lbs Starting Weight: 215 3/20 - 215 3/27 - 210 (lost 2 1/2 inches as well) 4/03 - 209 (down 6 lbs & 6 inches) 4/10 - 206 (down 9 lbs & 10 inches) Shouldn't we be doing one more week since technically this was only three weeks?????????????????

4/9: L3D2 30 DS & elliptical for 330 cals burned!! I like level 3 the best!!

4/8: L3D1 30DS = 260 cals burned (tomorrow I'm wearing my HR monitor as I swear it was more). Level 3 is a workout and a half but I like it the best out of all 3 levels!! There was only one move that hurt my knee to the point I couldn't do it, I had to modify.
