Thanks for all your responses! They've all been really helpful. I've always been a fan of weight training because it really does change your body, and some of your responses have actually made me determined to do more. I will enter my weight training under cardiovascular and see what it comes up with. Thanks again.x

Yeah, think it's fairly new exercise though. Not sure how you add exercise. Maybe ask someone in the class if they're wearing a heartrate monitor that measures calories burned and it will give you an idea. It's probably on a similar scale to bodycombat with regards to calories burned. You could see if that's on there.
