  • Thanks for all your responses! They've all been really helpful. I've always been a fan of weight training because it really does change your body, and some of your responses have actually made me determined to do more. I will enter my weight training under cardiovascular and see what it comes up with. Thanks again.x

  • Yeah, think it's fairly new exercise though. Not sure how you add exercise. Maybe ask someone in the class if they're wearing a heartrate monitor that measures calories burned and it will give you an idea. It's probably on a similar scale to bodycombat with regards to calories burned. You could see if that's on there.
