What's on your mind? That is a loaded question lol - My mind is racing with thought of worry about my son's future, my mother and father's aging process and a worry that I am not enough. Always feeling that I need to do more. Working on my emotional eating lol

I have realized when I started walking on the treadmill at a moderate pace, that it takes my appetite away because I am drinking a lot of water as I walk. Stay Hydrated…

For example, when I started jogging on a treadmill, I set my goal for 2 miles in 1 hour and each week increasing it by 1/2 mile. I am now up to 4 1/5 miles a day in one hour. But believe me it takes time to work up to…

In my experience, do not tell her and stay far away from him! My first husband cheated on me and everyone knew and tried to tell me. It didn't help... When you are in the situation you can't see the forest for the trees, if you know what I mean. The only thing I can suggest is to totally block him out and I guarantee you…

Riasntx , I feel ya ! :) I too am on the wonderful rollercoaster ride that just won't stop. Everyday I wake up, I think OK I am not going to eat that scrumptious bag of barbq chips in the cabinet and everyday I open the bag. Unfortunately, my family does not share my need/want to eat healthier. My husband is the bread…
