I am proud that I stuck to all of my goals last week. I stayed within my calories goals and over achieved on my fitness goals. I am taking to day as a rest day and hanging with my little family.

You should check out About.. Com they have great training programs. I learned to run a 5k and I have never been a runner. At least I should say I never used to be.

I am having the same question...Kinda want to know how many calories I have burned to plug into my diary..What I have been doing it using another app to approx calculate the activity I have done, then plug it into here. Please let me know if there is an easier faster way. Thanks

I recently started using the Nike app. It so awesome I love it. How do you know how many calories you are burning per routine? Can the app sync with this website? Just wondering I am new to this website and I want to sync my workouts but not sure how to do it. I think it might have to be manually.

I agree I also think that some people have lactose intolerance. I know if I use milk or creamer in my coffee I am bloated for days. That is why I have adjusted to drinking it black.:drinker:
