I am in I need a new challenge for July. My July goals are; July Calorie Burn Challenge ( 10,000) That would be 476 calories 5 days a week. I will also be re-challenging my self to; July 100 Miles. That would be 4.76 miles 5 days a week.

I completed the challenge. I did 100 squats with a resistance band,80 air squats and 40 squats holding my 19 month old:)
