My legs are pretty sore..they feel like they have been shredded. But I accept the challenge. I will be using a resistance band to complete the first 100...then I will be doing walking side squats for the other 220. Thanks for posting this challenge.

I did it 200 done. 8 Sets of 25 (front and sides) and boy did I feel the burn....hahaahaha hurt soo good!

I love these mini challenges...I did legs instead of bridges on Friday and man my legs are shredded!!!! I am in for Monday crunch challenge :)
