I take a multivitamin and biotin.I am wondering how if my multi has enough vitamin D... I was told the biotin will help with strengthening my hair and nails. Does any one else take either of these?

Goal 1200 calories...Net Total
My calorie goal is 1200 a day. I have been exercising 4-5 days a week. Each session burns approx 500. With that said it brings my calorie intake up. Run your first 10K
I am in week 2 of training for running a 10k. Today I am suppose to run 2 miles, although I have already been running 3.1 miles I think I will continue to do so, until the training bumps up in mileage and I will increase from there. Is anyone else doing a training plan for a 10k??????
