this uses dried beans, I don't like to mash the beans ... I love it with black beans too

the recipe calls for WAYYYYY too much salt - make sure you cut back or just use low sodium broth instead of water and salt0 -
Thank you I will try that I have a bag of dries beans.. soaked them in water now were ready to cook. I am trying not to eat as much meat and trying to incorporate more beans...0
