Didn't feel like these really burned until near the end yesterday, but I do crunches as part of my daily stretching and warm-up routine. Not thinking, I started doing my crunches as normal this morning and had to stop after 2 - Yowsa! Decided I'd give those muscles a rest today.0

I'm doing 250 crunches a day... not too bad!! I'm doing Regular Crunches, Bicycle Crunches, Side Crunches, Leg Lifts, etc. Get the whole core HOT!!! Good Luck to everyone!!0
