Well... I can't say this is a surprise... I had a couple of vacation weekends and haven't really been trying my best. I need to re-motivate!0 -
Weight this morning was 173.4. I am really hating this roller coaster. My body is really attached to these 2 lbs. I think I have lost and found them at least 10 times now. Oh well could be worse.... I could be finding additional 2 lbs LOL. Have a great week everybody.0

Weight stayed the same again. Haven't recorded what I've ate since returning home from holiday so I've got to get back into the habit of doing it. Hope everyone has a good week. Thanks x0

GAH! I'd forgotten about posting in the forums here.
I've lost 8.6 pounds since this started, and while it's a few pounds short of my goal to lose 25 pounds, I'm still proud to have lost something. I wish everyone the best of luck in tomorrows weigh in.0 -
Weigh in 197.0. only 3 pounds and change since starting but the movement has been on the downward side lately. hope that continues....0

Back up to 168 this week, but its hardly surprising, seeing as I have been working til about 10pm for the last week so have had to survive on takeaway and havent been to the gym! back to normal now though, so hoping to have them shifted again by next week0

Today's weight 169.6. Finally in the 160's but think it might be a little presumptuous to say I will never see the 170's again. Maybe next week.0

i hate myself for eating cookies, ice-cream, and all kinds of junk the last 3days. My current weight is 133.9. it was better before but i'm not surprised considering the circumstance. better luck next weekend )0

Weight today 158 lbs so a loss of 0.6. Not doing too well at this weight loss but hoping that the next four boxes will be green!

hi MFP fam trying to get back to my routine, today is the 1st i went to the gym for the past couple weeks. i havebeen working out but i miss my trainer; will be back religiously next week. Hope every1 is stayn on track. Have a gr8 holiday........ dont eat too much
