    im hoping to lose 20lbs by then but i need to get back into working out i have been slacking on and off i joined another group and it was pushing me but then a bunch of people quite and i didnt feel challenged anymore so i hope i have better luck with this challenge.

    sooo how is everyone doing so far? i'm doing terrible.. gained 2lbs :(( but i'm hopping back on the wagon today and hopefullly i see no more gain

    I think I need to start eating exercise calories earned...I haven't been losing like I did the two previous weeks.

    I didn't do well, and I didn't do bad over the weekend. I ate what I wanted but not too much.

    i have been working out like crazy, even jog 5 laps this morn. I am really motivated, loving the way my body is conforming; it makes me feel so good about myself. Dont lose hope MFP u can do it!!!!!!!!!!!
