I did the same thing, up 1.5 lbs Im blaming it on water weight.....hopefully0 -

I've flirted with this 130 number before and then have climbed back up a couple of pounds... am hoping it will stick this time and that I can start my battle with the 120's!0 -

Weight today - 155.4lbs (Up 2.2lbs). Been feeling ill this week so have just ate rubbish and haven't exercised so I'm not surprised with the gain! I'm away next week so I will have to post my weight early on Saturday morning - I hope this will be OK. Thanks x0
