im hoping to lose 20lbs by then but i need to get back into working out i have been slacking on and off i joined another group and it was pushing me but then a bunch of people quite and i didnt feel challenged anymore so i hope i have better luck with this challenge.0

i have been working out like crazy, even jog 5 laps this morn. I am really motivated, loving the way my body is conforming; it makes me feel so good about myself. Dont lose hope MFP u can do it!!!!!!!!!!!0

Weight this morning: 153.2lbs so a loss of 1.4lbs. It was a loss of 2lbs yesterday but never mind, it's still a loss :ohwell: Hope everyone has great results today.

Gained 2 pounds (up to 162). Not too horribly upset since I know exactly why I gained. I have been eating horribly, way over on sodium and it is TOM so I am sure some of it is water retention. My mini vacation is almost over and then it will be back to the normal grind and eating much healthier than I have been. Hope everyone else has a better weigh in than I this week!0
