My opinion is if it is stressing you out then definately take a break. When our bodies are under physical or emotional stress, we can actually set our weight loss back. I find that I drink more water if I drink through a straw verus strait from a glass...So I got the camelback water bottle that has the straw spout. I do it too sometimes...Being a busy mom I have to plan out what I'm going to eat the next day or it would always be either the drive thru or the quickest PBJ sandwich ever....I like to put the food in but always wait on the exercise part because I just never know what is actually going to get done
