sounds like the headaches are due to caffeine withdrawal? I used to get that once I stopped drinking coffee every day!

I got something similar after swimming (breast stroke) for a long period of time. I think its due to friction and rubbing, and its so sore! I echo the above - breathable fabric should help. Mine cleared up after I applied sudocrem.

Sounds delicious! I just had a soft boiled egg and plum tomatoes on toast - so yummy!

I work in an office, and it is hard to stay active as it seems you're always chained to your desk! I try to go and walk to other departments in the building to speak to people instead of emailing, and going for walks at lunch helps. You could also see there are any exercise classes that are on during your lunch break at…

I'm going to alternate 30DS with Couch to 5k. So on the 'rest days' from C2K I'm going to do 30DS. I tired 30DS earlier in the year and got half way through and lost 2 inches from my waist and several pounds, but got bored quickly. So am hoping the running alternating with Jillian will help this time around!

I don't count mine and I've still lost weight. I just don't go overboard on fruit. I do log things like avocado and potatoes which are high in calories. But when it comes to onions, carrots, cucumber etc, I don't as it would drive me insane logging the exact amounts for each meal! Do whatever works best for you!

Some slinky bikinis for my holiday in September! And maybe some pampering - pedicure, manicure, so I'm beach ready!

I'm so glad people are enjoying this podcast as I just downloaded it! Going to get started tonight. Its really good for me as I get bored when I'm running so its great to have a mini personal trainer in my ears! What do you log the runs as on the Exercise diary?

Hello! :) I'm also from UK, living in London. Moved here from Brighton a couple of years ago and miss Brighton so much! Wish I could go for runs down that seafront instead of London streets! Welcome xx

I treat myself to a fresh coffee every day, with a dash of skimmed milk, so not too calorific!
-
OK...on second thoughts perhaps I shouldn't count it, as I do it every day and have done for the past year. Thanks people!

I think I put sedentary as I work in an office all day. I think I'll include it as I do walk quite quickly - especially today in the wind and rain!!

Thanks so much for all the advice. I will be running on tarmac and maybe grassy areas at the park, I tried running on a treadmill and hated it! So really need to get some shoes that will support high impact running. I googled running shoe stores in London and the first one that came up is the London Marathon Store, which…

Cool, thanks for the advice! I will see if there any specialist running shops near me. Are the five fingers those shoes that are like gloves for your toes? Are they comfortable? x

Well done! Incredible x
